Mr. Steve Wing has conducted site reconnaissance and report preparation for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for 20 years all over the Northwest. Mr. Wing has assessed such sites as a cranberry bog in Oregon, an apple orchard in Washington, a Clearwater National Battlefield site in Idaho, and the University of Montana Steam Plant. Mr. Wing has also worked on Phase II ESAs; NEPA permitting; wetland assessment and delineation; soil remediation; monitor well drilling and groundwater analysis; baseline ecology reports; property histories; technical reporting; noise exposure tests; aluminum dross exposure tests; school safety reports; thermographic reports; and air sampling including for mold spore clearance after flooding in residences and for lead-in-air clearance for bulk petroleum storage plants.
